“Individuals and couples often operate from limiting beliefs, rigid ideals, and expectations that are not authentic to their truest selves. In counseling, I help people to unearth the innate beauty within themselves or their relationships that is all too often being blocked by these things. In so doing, my hope is to help them create new beliefs, ideals, and expectations that more accurately reflect who they are, and who they are meant to be.”
A Favorite Quote from Anais Nin:
“And the day came where the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
