Abby Howard holds an Master of Social Work from Washington University in St. Louis and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the State of Missouri. Abby is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) through the International Association of Trauma Professionals. She works extensively with couples on issues as relating to short and long-term relationships, and on an individual basis, Abby is trained in Body Positive Psychotherapy, and has extensive experience helping people develop positive relationships with food and their bodies. Abby also works well with folks struggling with a variety of issues ranging from depression and anxiety to relational struggles and grief. She also blogs weekly on the topics of body image, binge eating, and stress management.
